About Me

My name is D’Mitri Bailey, born and bred in the Valley of Paarl.

From a young age I always loved taking photographs. I got my first camera when I was around 11 years old i think it was still film camera’s back then lol and pretty much expensive getting your photo’s developed when you’re a kid.but the constant nagging seemed to have help. Over the passing years I went through a couple of cameras from smart phone cameras to digital point and shoots. I’m always the guy taking photo’s where ever I go and recently I finally decided to invest in an entry-level DSL camera.

The idea behind my blog is to document my journey from “Beginner Photographer” to hopefully “Pro Photographer”. Expect some bumps along the way and some behind the scenes shots and hopefully some videos. I think this would keep things interesting.

This page is by no means intended to look like those ”Picture Perfect Photography” pages but instead my journey in getting there.
